Construction and INSTALLATION works from UKRHOLD

Installation energy equipment from UKRHOLD Energy Group LLC (steam and gas turbine units, turbogenerators, pumps and compressors, etc.) is carried out only by qualified specialists with the necessary degrees of access, and only with the help of a high-precision modern tool base.

Installation works are carried out in four stages:

At the first stage, preparation and organization of the installation process is carried out, when necessary, the following should be done before the start of work:
  • working documentation for the installation of power units was received;
  • drawn up and agreed upon: terms of delivery of equipment, components and materials in accordance with the sequence of works; a list of equipment that is planned to be installed with the participation of specialists from manufacturing companies; ways of transporting heavy and bulky equipment units to the place of assembly;
  • premises for working personnel, engineering and technical staff, production premises, areas for storage of materials and tool base have been prepared and adopted, taking into account the requirements for labor protection, fire safety and compliance with environmental standards;
  • a work execution project (PPR) was drawn up;
  • engineering and technical workers and foremen must be familiar with RD, estimates, organization process and technical features of PPR;
  • an act of installation of energy equipment was drawn up and according to it the delivery/acceptance of devices was carried out;
  • in accordance with the norms, all measures for labor protection, fire safety and environmental protection were carried out.
THE SECOND STAGE INCLUDES ALL EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION WORKS.
At the third stage, start-up and debugging works are carried out.

This process is a check, the necessary settings and a trial run of the power equipment in order to identify possible defects, as well as for the final installation of the necessary parameters and modes provided for in the project. In the absence of failures in the functioning of the commissioning company's equipment, a signed certificate of acceptance of work is issued.

At the fourth, final stage, the last tests are carried out, and the object is handed over to the customer for further operation.

Steam and water heating boilers

UKRHOLD Energy Group LLC installs boiler equipment taking into account the features of the customer's facility. Internal and external gas pipelines

UKRHOLD Energy Group LLC carries out installation of gas pipelines and gasification of industrial facilities on a turnkey basis, from clearing and preparing the territory to restoration of adjacent territories after commissioning of the facility.

Gas compressor stations
