UKRHOLD Energy Group LLC is a company specializing in providing clients with engineering services and implementation of complex projects for the construction and reconstruction of industrial and energy facilities.

The project department of UKRHOLD Energy Group LLC provides a full range of design services, including the development of a feasibility study (technical and economic justification), TER (technical and economic calculation), creation of a "sketch project", development of the project documentation stages for energy and industrial facilities, taking into account all classes of consequences (responsibility), and also supervises the implementation of design decisions throughout the entire construction period (author's supervision).

Design stages

Working project is developed for technically simple objects, as well as objects using projects (design solutions) of reuse;
TEC
Technical and economic calculation is used for technically simple objects of industrial purpose and linear objects of engineering and transport infrastructure;
SP
Sketch project is developed on the basis of a task for the principle determination of requirements for urban planning, architectural, artistic, ecological and functional solutions of the object, confirmation of the possibility of construction of a non-production object;
TEJ
Technical and economic justification is developed on the basis of the customer's task for objects of industrial purpose and linear objects of engineering and transport infrastructure, which require detailed justification of relevant decisions and determination of options and feasibility of construction of the object; h6>
TP
The project is developed to determine the urban planning, architectural, artistic, environmental, technical, technological, engineering solutions of the object, the estimated cost of construction;

Working documentation is developed on the basis of the approved preliminary design stage (project).
The results of the assessment of the impact on the state of the natural environment are added to the project documentation for the construction of objects that pose an increased environmental hazard, as well as objects that are subject to environmental impact assessment in a cross-border context.

Only the presence of successful experience in the implementation of projects connecting objects to electrical networks can serve as a guarantee of creating an optimal concept for the development of project documentation.

High reliability and optimization of the decisions made are ensured with the help of 3D BIM technology (3D Building Information Modeling) during design.
